1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DGHost's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Service Usage & Restrictions

You agree not to use our hosting services for any of the following activities:

Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Engaging in spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited emails.
Hosting copyrighted material without permission.
Running crypto-mining scripts or excessive background processes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without notice if they violate these rules.

3. Payment, Billing, and Renewal

All services are billed on a prepaid basis. It is your responsibility to ensure that payment information is up to date. Invoices will be generated before the renewal date. Failure to pay within the grace period may result in service suspension and eventual data deletion.

4. Uptime Guarantee & SLA

We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee for our shared hosting network. In the event we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for a credit to your account. This does not cover scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

5. Data Backups

While we perform regular backups on select plans, you agree that you are solely responsible for keeping independent backups of your data. DGHost is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or hardware failure.

6. Modifications to Service

DGHost reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DGHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
